Harvest bounty - or lack thereof! I had two massive pumpkin plants take over my backyard flower bed this year, and this is the harvest I have to speak of. One lone pumpkin. I'm glad I got one though! I like gardening, but I'm still new at it and don't know a whole lot. Like my friend Janelle says, "Anything growing in my yard wants to live, because I don't really have a clue what I'm doing." I think you know more than you let on though, Janelle!
I do appreciate a good close crop to make me appreciate the details I might otherwise overlook.
