150: Y U M

Four out of five surveyed at our supper table agreed that this was delicious. The one who disagreed is 2 years old - he doesn't agree with much these days.

I picked Jamie's Food Revolution up yesterday and this Macaroni and Cauliflower Cheese Bake looked way too yummy not to make - I just substituted bow ties for mac.

Looks great! Would you mind sharing the recipe?

I may need to get a copy myself! That looks amazing! Please let me know some of your faves!

Mitch – Does Jamie have any recipes featuring the humble lentil? I need some recipes using this and am hopeful he will have tackled them OUTSIDE of turning them into an Indian dhal. Can you help?

  5. Looks delicious! Nice presentation, too.

    Thanks everyone!

Sheri, I will definitely share the recipe – the whole goal of the food revolution is to Pass It On, and get more and more people cooking good meals! I’ll try to post it on my blog in the next couple of days – you can find a link on my facebook page.
Jean, I will look through my Jamie books and see if I turn anything up. I made a lentil recipe from More With Less once – with ground beef though, and it was good. Have you had any success with any others from that book?

from MWL the Baked Lentils with Cheese is delish, the Honey Baked Lentils I note as being so-so, and the curried lentils under the baked cooked lentils on p 105 is decent…I am just hoping for something different and amazing and want someone like Jamie – or whomever! – to transform this little bean-type thing. Keep me posted.

Oh so many are talking about his stuff! Looks great! I am so tempted to spend money on his book!
