We have seen more than our fair share of rain already this year. Tuesday night we had what's being called the worst storm to hit our city in three decades, and this afternoon the heavens let loose again. The sky went almost black, the thunder rolled, lightning flashed, and the rain absolutely poured! Here, Clay's holding a handful of the hail that pelted our lawn.

Wow – we didn’t have any hail here! We must just be catching the edge of the storms you’ve been getting because i think it’s a lot wetter in the city than it is here. Is your basement holding out well?

Our basement is totally dry, and we are so thankful! Our sump pump is doing its job well. I think Dundonald has definitely seen the worst of it all.
