Yesterday was cake baking day, today was cake icing day (here are 2 of the three with the crumb coat on, chilling out while they wait for a thick coat of icing), and tomorrow shall be cake building day. This really is a lot of work, but it's fun work. It's fun seeing this thing take shape.
