If you know me, you know I like to bake. I also like to bake things that are challenging (ie: wedding cake). Well today I tackled something I hadn't tried before - a gluten and dairy free chocolate cake. It looks amazing, but I have to wait until supper tomorrow to find out if it tastes as good as it looks.

    I’ve made similar models when making passover tortes – very fudgy and delicious. How did your’s turn out?

    I really like my m.i.l.’s gluten free baking. My pal makes quinoa cakes and such too because she can’t have gluten and I wouldn’t have thought it would be a good flour replacement but boy is is tasty!
