Any helpful hints for storing scones? They always seem to lose their crunchy outside, which I think is the best part. I’m attempting to crisp them up in the oven again now…

Yes, actually I always freeze them the same day I make them. Then thaw until barely warm. Then I put them in the toaster oven and bake them at about 300 for about 5 minutes. They taste freshly baked and are beautifully crispy on the outside… works great for muffins too.
