We should really be sleeping already, but I had yet to take a photo, and Clay still had to post his, so we're awake. Tea time before bed I suppose. Chai for him, and red raspberry leaf for me...

wait a minute… isn’t it red raspberry leaf that induces labor?
It doesn’t actually induce labour, but is believed to help strengthen the pelvic muscles and uterus, making contractions more effective when the time comes. I don’t know how much I believe it, but it doesn’t taste bad so I figure I might as well try 🙂 Plus, it’s rich in a lot of vitamins and minerals.

My mom swears by red raspberry! It’s supposed to help reduce the bleeding afterward as well, as your uterus shrinks back to normal size. She also says that when you’re not pregnant, it helps with those pesky monthly cramps. I don’t know if they’ve ever proved it, but it’s worth the try!

You have captured romance in his picture…strangely romantic… Perhaps because I too enjoy a date at home with my man that is simply tea time before bed.
