Rather than braving the cold to go trick or treating today, we went to Clay's office and joined some more office kids in a trick-or-treating expedition to everyone's desks. They still walked away with too much candy (in my opinion, not theirs) and had a great time.
After supper they finally got to smash up their pinata, which they've been looking forward to for months, and I was anxious to see the treats inside as well. I'm happy to report that the treats survived! Bailey was so gentle and dainty as she swung the hockey stick at the pinata, and the boys swung at it with all their might.
