329: Pretending

Wyatt is still carrying on with his Baby Moosey charade :) He is such a sweet doggie, and I love his snuggles with Mommy Moosey.
You win some, you lose some. For the record, I feel like this photo is a loss. I took way too many, and could not get the exposure right. I'm not happy with how it turned out, but I am happy about eating some of this delicious red fruit tomorrow!

Honeycrisp apples are the best, and pomegranates are growing on me. They're good for me, so I eat them. I just can't get past the seeds. Am I the only one that thinks the seeds are annoying? Do you swallow them? Spit them out? This is an aspect of pomegranate eating that no one treads near. Help me out here, folks!

327: Wii One

Here's my big boy, playing Wii with his big cousin. He's growing up so fast, but he doesn't look too big when he's next to a boy more than twice his age :)

Now I need a photo of little brother in the next few days to balance things out :) Stay tuned.

326: Climber

She loves to climb, so she can sit.
"Chair!" she declares, with obvious satisfaction in her voice.

325: Patience

He's waiting so patiently for a turn with the camera. When I've got the 50mm lens on, the thing doesn't weigh a ton like it does with the others. Being the observant boy that he is, he knew it was light enough for him to hold today - after requesting I remove the flash. He's starting to take some great photos himself!

Two days in the kitchen, and two burns to show for it. Yesterday my arm with a hot baking sheet, today my hand on a pan handle that had just come out of the oven. That hand is now wrapped up in ice, as I try to type this one-handed. Hoping my streak doesn't carry on tomorrow!

I make a mean pumpkin scone.

I have a headache, and needed a photo fast so I can go soak in the tub for a bit before I crash into bed. Glitter pencils are what you get tonight. Hopefully I start feeling a little more inspired with my photos before this project is done.

321: Date Night

Starbucks and a movie. The latte was so-so, the movie was okay (Social Network...I don't know why everyone says it's really good, i just thought it was okay), but the company was great! I love my man.

320: Harvest

My big boy, who loves fresh carrots from the garden, grass attached if you please!

I spent some time this afternoon digging up the last of the carrots and most of the green onions, hoeing away at the rock hard soil, and working some compost into it before winter so I have one less thing to do in the spring.
